Harry has over 20 years experience as a designer in the communications industry for such clients as Innov-X Systems, GSI Group, Lightship Telecom, Boston University, Polaroid and Digital Equipment Corporation. Harry has extensive experience in Internet consulting, branding, website design and development and print collateral design. A winner of numerous awards in the art and communications field, Harry has also exhibited multimedia installations and photography frequently over the past 20 years. Harry received a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1984.

Fletcher is responsible for the planning, execution and completion of all projects, including determining project objectives, providing client services and managing time constraints and cost. He has over 8 years of web design and development experience for both non-profit and corporate organizations and in-depth experience with web technologies such as XHTML, CSS, Flash, ASP, content management systems [Drupal], Contribute, Adobe Creative Suite [Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign], giving him a strong understanding of project pipelines. Designer
Liza focuses on branding, print and web design, including logos, ads, print collateral systems, and trade show design. She also has over 4 years experience designing websites including, designing and web production. She has extensive experience with Dreamweaver, Contribute and the Adobe Creative Suite 2 [Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign]. Liza received a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Media Design from The New England Institute of Art.

Ben specializes in programming and database development. He has expert knowledge with client side and server side coding including PHP, SQL, Java, Flash, Javascript, XHTML, and CSS as well as CMS/CRM platforms such as Drupal. He has years of experience coding high traffic websites, and tuning code for performance in various hosting environments. He attended Syracuse University where he acquired knowledge through courses in computer science.

Debra is part of the Internet Marketing team, providing a range of web marketing services to clients, including Search Engine Optimization [SEO], e-mail marketing, Pay-Per-Click, Social Media marketing and analytics. Her marketing initiatives are used to help organizations attract new customers and driving sales by increasing site traffic and web presence. Debra has several years of marketing experience and received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.

Ben is a creative designer and visual artist with experience in web development and branding. He has extensive experience with web development technologies including; PHP, DHTML, HTML, CSS-P, Javascript, CGI/Perl and content management systems [Drupal], as well as design applications such as Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Moses received a B.S. from Emerson College in 1996.

Sally O'Neil
Controller/Human Resources Director
Sally O’Neil co-manages the financial activities and administers the human resources for our growing company. She brings over 8 years of experience in small business administration to the group. Prior to that, she was Director of Marketing and Sales for a software company in Burlington, MA, marketing data mining products to Fortune 500 clients. She attended Washington University (St. Louis), Purdue University, and the University of Houston and holds a B.S.E. in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Economics.
